About Me
Hi, I'm Delta Bayer. I'm a certified menopause coach through Girls Gone Strong, a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and have completed advanced training in women's physiology and menopause through the Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0 Specialist Certification.
Like many women, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and changes that can come with midlife. My passion is helping women better understand their bodies, build strength and resilience, and move through this stage of life with confidence. Through personalized coaching, education, and support, I help women become more informed, empowered, and connected to themselves.
For more than 25 years, I've worked closely with women, hearing their stories, challenges, and goals. As a hairstylist, I've had the privilege of building trusted relationships and witnessing the many transitions women experience throughout life. That experience, combined with my coaching and fitness training, gives me a unique perspective on helping women create meaningful, lasting changes in midlife.
I believe that this stage of life isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more you, with greater strength, confidence, and wellbeing for the second half of life.
